This website is operated by Kenzie Lake Photography, a wedding, elopement, and couples photographer based in Westchester, New York. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Kenzie Lake Photography; “you” refers to anyone visiting the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

You’re welcome to browse, read, and share links to this site for personal, noncommercial purposes. When using the site, please don’t:

Copyright and image use
All photographs, writing, branding, and design on this site are owned by Kenzie Lake Photography or used with permission, and are protected by copyright law.
Images may not be downloaded, edited, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes, including on social media, in advertising, or to train AI models, without written consent. If you’d like to feature an image, please reach out through the contact page. We’re happy to discuss credit and usage.

Clients and their galleries
Couples who book with us receive a personal-use license for their final images, as described in their individual agreement. That license allows printing and sharing for personal enjoyment, but copyright remains with the photographer.
Vendors and publications featuring a client’s images should request permission and provide credit to Kenzie Lake Photography.

Inquiries and bookings
Submitting an inquiry or receiving a reply does not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only once a signed agreement and paid retainer have been received.
Pricing shown on this site is a starting point and may change. Every collection is confirmed in writing before booking, and the signed agreement takes precedence over anything on this website.

Third-party links
This site may link to social media platforms, venues, vendors, or other websites we enjoy. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenzie Lake Photography isn’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
